• WOW!!!! Chet is Amazing! He is dependable, honest, trustworthy, and knowledgable. He is available to help you through any rough spots you encounter. Being a first time pool owner, we made several calls to him and he was able to trouble shoot right over the phone - unbelievable! We ordered a pool cover from him and it is installed perfectly and was very reasonable. If you are looking for a company that will work for you and actually show up when they are supposed too, and charge you what they bid, then A-Pro is who you should call. We did and we have not been disappointed. You won't be either!

• I called this company about 2 months ago to get a price on winterizing the pool. We weren't ready to do it right then, but I forgot to call them back to schedule, and it got really cold this week. We called in a panic, but the guy told us to make sure the filter was clean, and leave it running, it would be fine. We did, it was, and he came out 2 days later. He actually had to break through some ice to plug it up, and joked about how high our bill was going to be.......well he actually charged us what he originally said, and wouldn't take a tip! We now have a new pool company!

• This company consistently shows up on time, quickly finds the problem with our old spa, and has kept it going now for the past three years. Charges are reasonable, and the service people are very friendly, knowledgable, and courteous

• We had 2 other companies work on our spa. The first company charged us $85 for a service call just to look at it, didn't fix it, and never called us back. So we called the dealer who sold it. We waited 3 weeks for them to come out, they said that the "guts" would have to be replaced, at about $1000.00. To get another opinion, we called A-Pro. A technician named Chet came out, the next day, in a big truck full of tools and parts. While listening to my story, he found a loose connection on a limit switch, repaired the connection, and gave me a bill for $65. THEN.... He said not to pay it for a couple of weeks, to make sure it was fixed. It has been working perfectly now for over three months. Needless to say, we paid the bill...And kept his card!
